An excellence double for business park

For the second year running the massive business park Cobalt in North Tyneside has won a top award for building excellence.

At the regional Local Authority Building Control (LABC) awards Cobalt 22 and 23 were singled out as "the most impressive new commercial project in the region" in the category for commercial projects costing more than £1m.
