In just ten years, Cobalt Park has become the most successful office scheme in the UK.
So far, more than 1.25 million sq ft of offices have been constructed at Cobalt that will grow to 2.25 million sq ft when the park is complete, making it the largest business park in the UK.
1998 saw developers Highbridge Business Park Ltd acquire 80 acres of land from Tyne and Wear Development Company.
